El apartamento esta remodelado, es un vecindario muy calmado, nada de ruidos, hay aparcamiento gratuito justo en frente de el, esta muy bien equipado.
Esta retirado de la estación del tren y del centro de parís, a mas de media hora incluso en coche particular, habían aplicado algo en el suelo para el control de pestes así que estaba muy resbaladizo el suelo, no se podía caminar bien, la cocina de vitrocerámica no funcionaba y el colchón de la cama era super blando, como si ya fuera demasiado viejo porque en las esquina estaba aplastado.

There was excellent facilitation, the hosts were very responsive, the place was spacious and clean, and it was conveniently close to the station
The apartment is a *little* bit far away from the center of Paris so if you're planning to go out to at night, just keep in mind the travel distance.

The area is going through a renovation phase it will look much better in a few years.

Fully equipped, clean, excellent facility. Located close to rail station and tram. We traveled by car, and every day we were able to find car parking without any problems.
