Apartments Palm House

Posizione ottima in città e parcheggio incluso. Angolo cucina ben rifornito e doppi servizi igienici. I proprietari premurosi e cordiali.

Il nostro appartamento richiedeva un pò di adattamento: il tavolo per la colazione è principalmente sul balcone esterno quindi ottimo per la colazione nelle giornate assolate estive...un pò meno in caso di pioggia: ci si deve adattare nelle camere.

A szállás elheszezkedése nagyon jó. 7-8 percre a történelmi központtól, de mégis nyugodt csendes környezetben. Az apartmanház udvarán jól lehet parkolni is és az autót utána érdemes is ott hagyni. a belvárosban gyalog vagy bérelt kerékpárral sokkal jobban lehet közlekedni. A házigazda, Tanja nagyon kedves és mindenben segít. Csak ajánlani tudjuk.

It is a very good address to get to the city center by feet, probably the closest I've had in 14 years visiting Rovinj (by car with private parking). In regards to the beach I am always using the car so that distance I do not mind. It is also quite close to the main supermarkets at the roundabout (even by feet) and only like 100m to the local bakery&pizza open 24/7. There was also enough parking space for all the cars. If needed a person can also sleep on the sofa in the kitchen (as 3 friends we did not have to share a bed in the two bedrooms that way).

In the neighboring apartment was an Italian group of people who were loudly chatting every early morning, starting from 7. I'd say it was not above a normal communication, just the walls are probably so thin. I got awake even by them trying to call someone and heard the phone signal for a minute since no one was picking up on the other end :) I do not have a deep sleep though...
