New apartment with large roof terrace and views over meadows and fields.
Do you like to hike, love to ride a bicycle or do you want to welcome your dog? Great, we look forward to seeing you.
Our 68 sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living / dining area with fireplace, open kitchen and a fully equipped 35 sqm south-facing roof terrace. The apartment is located in a renovated farmhouse with courtyard. We as hosts live in the ground floor of the house. The two residential units are completely separated. The private entrance to the apartment can be reached via an external staircase.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
The open plan living area offers a fireplace for the colder days and a direct exit to the beautiful roof terrace. Here you will find plenty of seating and 2 sun loungers for a relaxing sunbathing with a view of nature.
The completely new kitchen includes a dishwasher and a stove with induction hob everything you need: toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), everything is there. There is also a dining table, a sofa and a TV in the open plan living area.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed with new mattresses. An extra bed for a baby or toddler would have plenty of room in both bedrooms.
The bathroom was also completely renovated in 2018 and offers high quality equipment.
A parking space for your car is available.

That's our pleasure. In the adjoining cross-border nature park Maas-Schwalm-Nette run 9 premium hiking trails awarded by the German Hiking Institute, 2 of them directly through Nettetal. The varied flora and fauna thrills in every season.
Upon arrival, you will find brochures and a hiking map.

Whether for inexperienced or professionals, around the Nettetaler Lake District is the right tour for every cyclist. The nature reserve around the Krickenbecker lakes is one of the most beautiful and varied nature destinations in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Die erwähnte Außentreppe entpuppte sich als steile, enge Feuerwendeltreppe, mit Koffer schwer zu bewältigen. Die Couch auf dem Bild wurde inzwischen durch eine kleinere Zweisitzer-Couch ersetzt, ab der dritten Person muss ein Esszimmer-Stuhl herhalten. Die in den anderen Bewertungen erwähnte Geruchsbelästigung bestand auch bei uns. Die Küchenausstattung ist hochwertig, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns bezogene Betten, ausreichend Küchen- und Badehandtücher, sogar Kaffee-Pads waren vorhanden.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett.
