About this villa rental
Nestling in 4 acres of protected valley the villa offers total privacy with breathtaking views to the medieval village of Grimaud. The villa is just outside the bustling market town of Cogolin with its many restaurants and shops. St Tropez, St Maxine and beaches are only 15 kilometers away. The villa is full of character and charm whilst providing every amenity. Well furnished throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen. Large, bright and airy lounge/dining room with open fireplace and French doors to the garden. First floor master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom. One twin and one triple bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor. South facing grounds and terrace, sunny all day, with plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing and shaded area for dining. The large pool and surrounding terrace receive sunshine all day and have spectacular views across the valley to the vineyards of St Marc and Massif des Maures. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included.
Access and Transportation: The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Cogolin, the centre of which is approximately 4 minutes drive away. When planning travel arrangements we recommend arrival in the daylight for ease of navigation. There is no public transport close by; therefore a car is essential. Access to the house from the road is via an unmade drive/ track.

The property is tucked away in the hills behind Cogolin at the end of a steep-ish track and commands fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. Only 15 mins drive to the beach / Navettes to St Tropez and St Maxime, in the evenings the terraces lend themselves perfectly to stargazing..there is no light pollution and there is absolute privacy from the neighbours .The pool is a good size and perfect for swimmers of all categories. The house is picturesque, in fantastic condition with a large, well-equipped kitchen. The owners took great care of us throughout the whole booking, pre arrival period and throughout our stay and we are very much looking forward to returning ! Our party was 4 adults and two children.

We have spend two (very warm...) weeks in this beautiful house in August. Well equipped, nice and tidy, wonderful pool and a superb terrace. Great view into the valley! We highly recommend this house!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. La maison est très bien équipée, le jardin très appréciable, la piscine très agréable et la vue imprenable sur l’arrière pays varois et sur Grimaud au loin. Le fait que la piscine soit légèrement en contre bas est très pratique pour sécuriser l’accès pour les enfants.

Wir waren nur eine Woche in der Villa aber die Ruhe und der Pool waren auch für die kurze Zeit absolut geniessbar. Leider gab es extrem viele Ameisen, welche wir bekämpft haben, es muss einfach drauf geachtet werden, nichts rumliegen zu lassen. Die Person die sich um das Haus vor Ort kümmert, war am Anfang gar nicht erreichbar und ist während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal erschienen. War jetzt auch nicht wirklich nötig aber hätten wir noch ganz sympatisch gefunden um uns zurecht zu finden.
