Die Unterkunft ist hell und freundlich, die Einrichtung modern , neu und geschmackvoll. Allerdings gibt es bei der Ausstattung, vor allem wenn man die Wohnung zu viert nutzt , ein paar Kritikpunkte:
1.
Das Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr schwer zu handhaben , die Matratze ist schlecht und nur für eine Person oder ein frisch verliebtes Paar zu verwenden. Das „Bett“ im kleinen Zimmer ist durch die Knopfnoppen extrem ungemütlich. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gut , allerdings mussten wir das Gestell nach der ersten Nacht an einer Stelle festschrauben, da es bei jeder Bewegung laute Knarrgeräusche von sich gegeben hatte, ließ sich aber leicht beheben.
Fazit: Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, nicht aber für die ausgeschriebenen 5!
2.
Im Flur fehlt jederlei Ablage bzw Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Jacken, Taschen etc.... War dafür der Besenschrank vorgesehen?
3.
Die Waschmaschine ist prima, der mini kleine Wäscheständer reicht für ca 5 Paar Socken, ein normaler Wäscheständer wäre trotz Waschraum und der dortigen Trockenmöglichkeit sehr sehr angenehm.
4.
Die direkte Aushändigung 2 er Schlüssel bei 4 Personen wäre sinnvoll, wir bekamen sie allerdings nach Wunsch problemlos.
5.
Die Ablageflächen im Schlafzimmer sind wenig als Nachttisch geeeignet, viel zu hoch , einfach unpraktisch.
Fazit:
Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der, die Verantwortlichen für die Wohnungseinrichtung die Wohnung selbst noch nicht genutzt haben, ansonsten hätte man diese „Kleinigkeiten“ sicher bemerkt und einfach behoben. Wir hoffen, dass unser Text als Anregung empfunden wird und die Mängel beseitigt werden können, im Sinne aller Nachmieter - uns selbst inbegriffen.

Très bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes de la plage d'Ascone! Bel appartement très propre et bien meublé. Nous avons passé un super séjour! 😊 Lisa a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions!
