Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, in the middle of the countryside of San Miniato al Tedesco, the Villa offers hospitality in its spacious double rooms and is equipped with a splendid swimming pool reserved only for the guests of the residence.

FANTASTIC!! We loved staying at this property. Far and away the best property we stayed i during our trip to England and Italy. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We loved waking up to magnificent views over the Tuscany hillsides every morning. The property is remote - but that’s what we wanted. A train into Florence is only a five minute drive away. We truly hope to stay here again. Thanks Emanuele.

Beautiful apartment in the Tuscany hills! Emanuele was a great host. Apartment is well equipped for cooking. Loved the views from all the balconies. Pictures do not do the views justice. Easy to travel to Florence or Pisa and Lucca.

Overall excellent experience. Fantastic view from several balconies, very nicely decorated and comfortable, conveniently located for day trips between Pisa and Florence. The owners live below the apartment and were very responsible to requests. B from Montreal
