About this chalet rental
Kermocco chalet is located in the Vallouise village (Hautes-Alpes 1200 m), a 5 minutes' walk from the village centre, in the heart of Massif des Écrins. It is south-west oriented with beautiful views. In the foreground, there is the village with the bell tower listed as historical monument and in the background, there is the mountain Aiglière tops, La Pendine and Les Bans. Nearest ski resorts: Pelvoux Les Ecrins 5 minutes, Puy Saint Vincent 15 minutes, Serre Chevalier 20 minutes with aerial lift from Prorel, and Chantemerle 30 minutes. Departure from the chalet to hike. The chalet was built in 2015, it is very comfortable with 210 m², and accommodates 10 to 12 people. The ground floor consists of an entryway with a large closet, a mountain room, a laundry room with washing machine, a toilet, and a home cinema (projector). The first floor consists of a large living room of 70 m² with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker) opening onto two terraces oriented to the south west, and a master suite with a double bed opening onto the terrace, private shower room, toilet and wash basin. The second floor consists of a big mezzanine with 2 sleeping places (90 x 190), a master suite (double bed 160 x 200, shower room and toilet) with a small balcony, a bedroom with two beds of 80 x 200 that can be separated or joined, a bedroom with 4 beds (90 x 190), and a shower room with separate toilet. The chalet has two terraces of 12 and 15 m², flooded with sun all day long, with garden furniture. At the garden level, there is a large terrace overlooking the south-facing garden, and a barbecue. In front of the chalet, there is a parking space (for 3 cars). You can leave your ski gear and equipment in the mountain room. Relax by the fireplace watching the fire (wood provided). You will have the option to finish your day watching a movie in the home cinema. Sheets are provided and the beds are made. There is Wi-Fi access.

The photos do not do justice to this beautiful, warm and sunny chalet. It is well equipped and even has a cinema room where you can log into Netflix or watch a dvd. Ample parking and accessible location. Florence met us on arrival and checked in with us during our stay. I highly recommend this property.
