Villa Joanna is set in the gently rolling countryside on a private 2,000 sq.m. plot, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with colorful flowers and palm trees. The villa spans 200 sq.m. and comfortably accommodates 8 guests in four spacious en-suite bedrooms and up to 10 if needed, making it ideal for families or groups.
While enjoying the villas inviting outdoor spaces, youre just 2 km from the nearest beach and shops, and only 12 km from the charming Rethymno Old Town, offering the perfect balance of countryside living and easy access to local attractions.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Really great accomodation. Nice ans clean villa. We was a familly of 10 person's staying in the villa and had a great time. The children ans the adults loved it

Facilities & venue catered for everyones needs & more. Lots of space for adults to relax & kids of various ages to be occupied.
Lovely location, amazing views & sunsets to treasure. Close to main town, local villages & range of beaches for activities, swimming or snorkling.
Thank you to the hosts, who were on hand to help with a couple of queries along the way & give group of 9 a fantastic holiday

This property was truly magical. We loved having our own pool and the road out front was very quiet. The owner and the property management company were so hospitable. We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Joanna and would gladly return for another.
