The room is inside a medieval village wonderfully kept in mint conditions by its residents. Time flows different here, it’s so peaceful and in harmony with nature.
Everyone in Virgoletta is kind and friendly, they help travellers in every way they can.
The host tipped us about places and events happening in Lunigiana during our stay, also helped us to find the facilities we needed.
Everything was perfectly cleaned and comfortable.
ps. plenty of chances to pet the numerous cats that live inside the village.
It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but keep in mind that there’s not much internet connection inside the village nor inside the room. We took it as an occasion to connect more with the nature and the history that surrounded us.

Clelia was very welcoming, is an attentive host, and a warm friendly person. The room has been tastefully renovated with great attention to detail, and was lovely, fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was crisp and of good quality. It was great to have a kettle and tea in the room too. We were very comfortable and loved our stay. It was an excellent base to explore Lunigiana.
The medieval village of Virgoletta is charming and the room is at the end so is quiet, looks out and is light. We came by car and were able to find parking quite easily.
We would highly recommend Clelia’s Camera con Vista!
It is a general problem for the village but the access to cellphone network is rather weak, and there is no WiFi.
