The location is great. The room was huge, the staff was very nice.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the room wasn't cleaned very well, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and main area, the bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper, the toilet seat was loose and moved when you sat on it, which I tightened, there was a lot of dust under sink on the base, under it had dirt and debris, I guess if the cleaner can't see it while standing, it doesn't get cleaned. Around the side of the loveseat which was supposed to be a pullout couch not a small loveseat, had debris my small dog was trying to eat, the dresser and nightstand drawers were getting stuck when closing them. The remote batteries were almost dead and you had to stand literally in front of TV to either change volume or channels, because you couldn't do it from the bed. It was a typical room for people with a dog, not dirty, but not clean either. The bathroom door was so hard to close it was ridiculous. I was told since I had a room with my pug, housekeeping would need to come everyday, but never saw them nor did they knock or come by. The price I was quoted wasn't what I paid it was actually $100 more than the online price when I booked the room. I understood the extra $25 because of my dog, but not the rest. Anyway it wasn't worth $450 for 2 days stay.
