Masseria Petra Antica is an authentic stone farmhouse in the heart of the Itria Valley, surrounded by a rural landscape of centuries-old olive trees, fruit orchards, and dry-stone walls. Fully renovated in 2017 to blend historical charm with modern comforts, it offers 300 m² spread over three levels, with spacious, bright interiors designed to host up to 12 guests in an atmosphere of style and conviviality.
The private pool with hot tub, the woodland, the large stone courtyard, and the indoor gym make this property the perfect retreat for families and groups seeking privacy, nature, and moments of genuine relaxation. Great place to stay with a large group grounds and pool are awesome and it’s extremely clean. Location is great for easy drives to surrounding towns. Other feedback beds are hard be prepared and the kitchen could use an air conditioner. A few more general supplies would be good to start people off ( no handsoap in any bathroom). Overall we highly recommend this property.

We were a multi-generational group of family and friends, and this place was perfect. Big kitchen, great common spaces, and separately bedroom entrances gave a lovely combination of group and private spaces.

We had the most amazing experience at Masseria Campo Orlando. The villa itself is easy to find on google maps and well located to everything that Puglia has to offer - beautiful beaches, amazing local cuisine and lovely views. We were a group of 10 and the villa was more than spacious enough to accommodate us all with high quality amenities and facilities throughout.
Check-in: Such an easy process from booking online to arriving at the villa. The team were very clear about everything and check-in was super easy on arrival, with them already waiting for us.
Communal areas: The kitchen is equipped with literally everything you can think of and enough of everything for more than 10 people staying. All communal areas had air-conditioning, however we hardly used it as the place is really well ventilated and the stone keeps the place cool. There is a beautiful outdoor dining space under the shade which was lovely for long lunches. There is also a terrace that looks out over the villa and surroundings. The photos don't give a feel for just how big the property is - it's like living in your own town!
Bedrooms: Each bedroom was well decorated and had everything you need - very comfortable rooms. All rooms were similar in size, so for a group of friends it wasn't hard to decide who slept where. All had air-conditioning, but again some rooms didn't use it as it was well ventilated.
The Pool: By far the best area and where we spent most of our time. The pool itself is in excellent, clean condition, with lots of sun lounges and seating areas. Really handy that there are 2 bathrooms and outdoor showers down there as well.
Local Area: There are supermarkets 10minute drives away in Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni. We ventured to Ostuni, Polignano a Mare and Otranto during our stay - all are very easy drives on the highway.
In all, an amazing 5 nights here and would definitely come again.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The house and grounds are much bigger and more beautiful than they look in the photos, it is a very impressive building. Everything was spotless and the house was equipped with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and is a short drive from some very lovely typically Italian towns and not too far from the airport either. Our hosts were the highlight as they were exceptionally kind and welcoming with lots of very kind gestures (like leaving us fresh veg from their own garden) and we couldn't recommend them more! Overall a wonderful stay
