Phoenix IV 4121 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 12th floor.
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and dining room
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.
• A washer and dryer are inside the unit
• The living area has a sofa sleeper
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed
• The third bedroom has two double beds
• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after they have been registered.
• The fireplace feature in the condo is NOT available for guest use.

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

I have stayed in a lot of condos over the years & this one was decorated adorable! It was my husband & I, our 5 kids (ages 10-16), and my parents. We had plenty of room. I did bring an air mattress for our 2 youngest boys so we didn’t have to utilize the sleeper sofa (just easier than pulling it in & out every day.)

This was a nice property. Check in was a breeze. Alexa talked us through property instructions and check out. We had no issues.

First, while I appreciate being kept abreast of everything to expect, it was very off putting to continuously receive emails with highlighted sections saying check in may be delayed when check in isn’t until 4pm already. The typical customer does not care about you being short staffed. Customers want what they pay for in a timely fashion. I responded after the 3rd email stating as such and was met with a snide remark stating I was welcome to cancel and would bear the brunt of not receiving a refund since it was so close to time to go. I found it very unprofessional when I was simply voicing my concerns. After traveling for so long the last thing I wanted was a delayed check in. Needless to say, the negativity of the emails was in poor taste. And constant reminders of what will not be reimbursed or adjusted and what they do not provide. I think it is awful to supply 1 roll of tissue and no extra garbage bags considering the costs. At least 2 rolls per bathroom and a couple of garbage bags would have been thoughtful. What are we paying a cleaning fee for if you want us to do everything but mop? In light of everything I don’t think I will use these people again. The attitude and the way the rules are presented leaves me feeling cheated before I ever got there. The fees are excessive and I was taxed 4 different times. I will not stay there again for the ride emails alone.
