Pillows were too soft. No elevator in the building but staff helped me with my luggage.

Everything was excellent - the apartment was cosy, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us an early check-in. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Location was great and facilities in the apartment great
Our check in experience was not good. We arrived after reception hours and was given instructions on how to retrieve our key. This didn’t work and none of the contact details left at reception worked either as no one answered our calls or email. We eventually managed to get our key but only by searching through unlocked cupboards at reception (not in the safe box we were told they’d be in). I still haven’t had any acknowledgment from my emails saying we were stuck in reception. The apartment was also very warm even with no heating on - for autumn we coped but I wouldn’t like to think what it would be like in the summer. The WiFi is also poor.
