Beautiful character house located in the heart of the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche with shaded terrace, barbecue and private swimming pool not overlooked, offers you tranquility while being 5 min. walk to local shops.
You will also be 6km from the Ardèche gorges.
Also located on the outskirts of 3 regions and 4 departments, you will have access to a
multitudes of activities and discoveries. (Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Vaucluse).

We put at your disposal at no additional cost all the equipment for babies and young children (2 baby beds, 1 changing table, 1 bath, 1 adaptable chair, ...).
Bedding protection provided, provision of household linen for a flat rate of € 60, i.e. for all the beds in the house:

tres bon sejour juste petit bemol table de cuisine trop petite pour 11 donc obliger de se separer pour manger et donc de se tourner le dos mireille

Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour, privé de la piscine à notre arrivée à cause d'une algue verte, nous avons pu en profiter à la moitié de notre séjour. Facteur de malchance mais aussi d'un entretien un peu léger, à notre arrivée un mot nous attendait stipulant que nous pouvions nous baigner malgré la couleur verte de l'eau, après nous être un peu plus renseigné sur la question, il était très déconseillé de nous baigner étant donné le taux excessif de chlore ( pour enrayer l'algue verte) . En ce qui concerne la maison, la répartition des chambres nous a posé problème, les chambres du haut sont étouffantes, des fenêtres trop petites ou l'absence de fenêtre ne permettent pas de dormir dans de bonnes conditions. D'autres détails ont contribué à notre déception: la porte d'entrée ne fermait pas à clé, fragilité de certains éléments électroménagers. Le point positif est l'écoute des propriétaires qui n'ont pas hésité à faire un geste commerciale et prendre en compte nos remarques.
