The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a lounge with seating and dining area in a bright bay window, a room with a sofa bed, a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with bath / shower and one with shower) and a kitchen. The property includes a shared garden. The apartment is furnished with antique furniture, that give the place an aspect pleasant, highlighted by the pastel colors of the walls, made of dyed ancient lime ..... a home heat.

The house in Parioli is really beautiful.. It is much brighter than the photos show, and very roomy with a well equipped kitchen. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to find a place to park. The only problems we had were that one of the toilets takes all day to refill after flushing, and one of the double beds had broken slats and was really uncomfortable. There was a disagreement with the manager about this, but I believe the intention is to resolve the problem. You should know this depending on how many guests you have. Still, it is a wonderful place to stay for 4 people.

Our vacation was fantastic in large part because of the beautiful accommodations and the assistance of Maria, our host. The apartment provides everything anyone would need, including a fully functional kitchen. The location was convenient and within walking distance to many markets, cafés, and various attractions. We were not familiar with Rome, but this area of Rome is particularly beautiful. The balcony and courtyard (wild parrots included) made mornings with a cappuccino, particularly delightful. Each room has a color scheme, which makes it even more enchanting. Maria was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations. She reached out well ahead of time to make sure that our arrival was perfect, and also offered to assist us as we were leaving. We will definitely be coming back!
