About this farm stay rental
Splendid Umbrian rustic manor house located inside a property in the fine DOCG Sagrantino wine area. It can accommodate up to 5 people, has an equipped kitchen, independent terrace and has a 14x7 swimming pool shared with the owners' family and friends. The property has a size of about 10 hectares including DOCG Sagrantino vineyards, olive groves and truffle oaks. which easily allows compliance with the rules of social distancing provided for the prevention of COVID-19. Structures and common areas are periodically subjected to sanitation. The main house is divided into two independent floors, the one in the present description is the upper floor. which has an independent entrance inside the property. The lower floor is not inhabited by the owners and is used as a warehouse.
The owners live in the adjoining villa about 20 meters from the main house and are always available for any need and information. They speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently.
For guests from 15 May to 30 September there is a 14x7m swimming pool. The swimming pool is not for exclusive use but is shared only with the owners' family and friends.

Schönes Haus, inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Besonders die Terrasse mit morgendlicher und abendlicher Sonne und Blick auf Assisi haben wir sehr genossen. Der Vermieter, Simone, war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und hatte einige Ratschläge für uns. Umbrien und der Aufenthalt bei Simone mit den Wandermöglichkeiten und netten kleinen Bergdörfern ist für uns noch einmal eine Reise wert.

De woning ligt midden in Umbrië. In de nabije omgeving veel te zien en te doen. Uitstekende, goedkope gelegenheden om uit eten te gaan. Het was zeer warm, maar met aangepast schema en zwembad, heerlijke vakantie gehad
