The apartment is furnished in a modern style, beautiful and easy to the most important places of Riccione. In front of apartment there is a garden with a table and chairs for eating or doing something else. We have a private box auto in the garden. In the living room you'll find tv lcd with a multimediaplayer, movies (in italian) and music.

Our whole stay was really nice. We enjoyed sitting in the garden at any daytime Also the Appartement was well equipped, so we felt almost‘at home’.It was also good to be able to park the car next to the appartement.Gianluca was very nice and responded to all our questions very quickly.

Excellent value - quiet area 2 mins walk from Metro (Great for the airport at around 2euros each- alternatively you can call a taxi which quoted 50 euros) only 5 minutes walk from bars ,restaurants. and beach.
The outside area in the apartment was lovely to eat outside at night if we fancied a night in cooking . The apartment was very clean ,modern kitchen, aircon was good and also had washing machine and dishwasher .Our host was very helpful and also offered free use of communal bikes . We where there for a week my daughter was doing a ballet school summer week which was only a 15 minute walk away in the other direction beside the sports centre.
Near the school we found a large supermarket which had everything we needed and was a lot less expensive than the mini shops near the beach- Conad City -Viale Carpi, 4, 47838 Riccione. Also near by the supermarket we had the most amazing pizza at Pizzeria Sapoi Di Grano, it was a no frills local restaurant , very reasonably priced - Viale Busseto, 04, 47838 Riccione RN, Italy -honestly the nicest pizza we had ever tasted-
Another local restaurant which the school recommended was Ristobar Gran Frito - a truly local fish restaurant in Ville Dante and again very reasonably priced.
The beech is beautiful but mostly private and costs vary per day to enter depending on the pier . We around 10Euro s each per day to use enter and use a sunbed for a few hours. As I said it varied depending on the facilities as some also had swimming pools which cost more.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to stay here again .

Die Ferienwohnung war ok und sauber.
Sie liegt sehr zentral. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.
Geräuschbelästigung durch davor gelegener Strasse und von der daneben liegenden Gaststätte, die Nachts gegen 0 Uhr ihre Glasflaschen entsorgt!
