Villa Hayat -Dema in Hisaronu, Olu Deniz, Aegean Region, Turkey
Private Villa in Peaceful Area with Pool and Large Patio area and Garden. Panoramic Views of Babadag Mountains. In a peaceful setting with easy access to Restaurants, Shops, Water Park and Beaches both Oludeniz and Fethiye.
A detached villa with gated mature garden which has both lemon and lime trees, perfect for adding to drinks, a pool terrace and outdoor shower with plenty of space around the private pool to soak up the all day sun, as well as a terraced bbq area.
There is also full use of a large communial pool set amongst a communial garden space with access via a gate at the end of the garden.
With a wrap around undercover terrace on two sides for just a shady space to relax.
A fully fitted kitchen which includes washing machine and dishwasher and open plan lounge with seating and indoor dining area with wood burning fire gives all those home from home comforts.
Upstairs there is a queen size bedroom and a twin bedroom both rooms have balconies with stunning views of the mountain and one with a newly fitted ensuite and another twin room along with a newly fitted main bathroom.
Downstairs there is a queen size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a triple single bedroom with a main bathroom. A travel cot is also available.
All of the bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space with ample hangers.
A complimentary welcome pack is provided for your first day, should you decide to eat in there are many supermarkets for your convenience, local attractions include a water park just 5 minutes by road, Fethiye market and boat trips.
Luxury private transfers can be arranged for our guests as well as car hire.

The Villa was Absolutely Fantastic for our whole family, Debra the host could not do enough for my family and was always there when needed.Would definitely recommend Villa Hayat :-)

We have been in this location for about seven years and the Villa we stayed in was the best villa ever Great location and spotlessly clean. The Villa is laid out, ideally for two families or two couples Could not fault it.

Family of 9 stayed very comfortably here. The villa is lovely and had everything we needed.
Owner was very helpful all through booking process and when I had questions.

We stayed here for 10 days with family. The Villa had everything available to provide a very enjoyable stay. The few minor issues we had during the stay were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the management team in town. There was a number available to report any issues but we just popped into the office whilst we were in town and within a few hours they had popped out to fix the problem. We ordered the water dispenser refills from the number on the fridge so we had cold bottled water always available. We also found a great convenience store just down the road who delivered essentials that was helpful for supplies that were too heavy to carry up the hill to the villa. There’s also a sim supermarket on the main road just a 5-10 minute walk away. We used the taxi button just outside the villa regularly to get about which cost about 50l (£2.50) into town and to the beach. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I would recommend this villa for anybody looking for a great family holiday.
