"L'EFFERVESCENT" in Saint-Peray is an ideal rental for your business or holiday stays.
The accommodation is quietly located in a house, on a large green plot with a large and beautiful swimming pool, in the heights of Saint-Peray, with a magnificent view of the Vercors and the essential Château de Crussol.
10min far from Valence, close to the center of the village of Saint-Peray and its market, and also in the heart of the nature with the departure of hiking trails, mountain biking and of course the wine route!
It is composed :
- a main room with a double bed 160, a storage cupboard, a convertible sofa, a flat screen TV,
- a bedroom with a large storage cupboard and 2 single beds (possibility 3)
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.),
- a bathroom with beautiful Italian shower, vanity unit and WC,
The terrace is equipped with a table with chairs, barbecue, water point and a large shade sail much appreciated in summer!
You also have access to a private garden equipped with deckchairs and another garden with games for children. Your kids will love to play with our rabbits and chickens :-)
The swimming pool has just been completely new made and is shared with us if we are at home.
In summer the apartment is cool, the air conditioning is natural.

My sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination, and each time the tenant leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectants and bleach.

Die Angaben des Inserates stimmen mit der Realität völlig überein, die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war völlig problemlos und sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein überzeugender Aufenthalt.
