The house was built in 2015 (RT2012) in a very quiet small subdivision (no busy road).
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with the living room, the dining room, open American kitchen, 1 bedroom (160 * 200 bed), a shower room and separate wc, garage.

Rules of procedure: No smoking, not suitable for animals. No party or evening. Cleaning to be done when leaving (a cleaning deposit of 70 € will be requested on arrival and returned, at the latest, one week after departure).
The check-in time is generally from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Minimum stay of 5 nights (7 nights in july-august from saturday to saturday).
Sale of shellfish and crustaceans on the port.
Public transport to Guérande (20 kms), La Baule (30 kms - access to SNCF station)
