Situated in the heart of Mithian, the farm house is within walking distance to Trevellas Cove, and round the corner from the Miners Arms village pub.
The farm provides an idyllic haven for a family wanting to escape. It is ideal for young children, being set back from the road with several gates to keep pets and children in.
If you like cooking, you have a kitted out farmhouse kitchen to enjoy the pleasures of Aga baking.
Our farm cats will make you feel immediately welcome.
A restored farm house over 150years old with many of its original features.
A farmhouse kitchen with cosy ago great for cooking/warming up and drying clothes on the airer above. Sitting room for relaxation with wood burner and piano. South facing conservatory with ample space for eating, resting and games, with french doors onto lawn.
Main bedroom with double bed and dual aspect, twin room east facing morning light and bunks room with south facing window. Bright and airy bathroom with cast iron bath and aspect onto the garden if you open the window! You will have full range of the house and a secluded garden with off road parking and footy net in a spacious yard.
Ideally situated to explore the stunning north coast of Cornwall with expansive surf beaches and swimming coves. Mithian is a secluded village just off the coast road and path. It enables an escape from the holiday crowds and traffic but is only 2 miles from Trevellas cove, a lesser known swimming cove suitable for kayaking, swimming and cave exploring when the conditions are right.
We are only 40 minutes from the south coast for those who would like to explore further afield to the south coast sailing and fishing harbours such as Falmouth, Penzance and the Roseland peninsular.
Mithian has a welcoming village pub which serves food and provides essential provisions in a small shop.

Large characterful cottage with aga and plenty of rooms! I loved looking at all the books, there was a table tennis table in the garden and beds were comfy. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Located just a few minutes drive from beaches, the main road and with Truro not too far away, the location is ideal. It's very quiet and peaceful. The whole house is very well equipped and Katey, the hostess could not have been more helpful :-)
