About this villa rental
The house is situated above a private hill, among Olive trees. Perfect for relax and spend time in a natural contest, with a stunning Panorama view above the seaside.
The house have 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a perfect outside veranda for lunch, and barbeque. The pool is situated in front of the house.
The house is quite isolated, the nearest house is 10 minutes walk, where the owner lives. E.bike rental service with the possibility of receiving the bikes directly at home (PD bike workshop, 20% discount on rental prices with Podere Girasole coupon)
In the area you can find olive groves and vineyards: wine route is near, which brings from Bolgheri to Castagneto Carducci and where you can find famous wine cellars (Ornellaia, Sassicaia, Grattamacco, Bolgheri etc..). Restaurants are tipic of the region, where you can taste meat (boar) or fish, and visit Medieval villages like Volterra or San Gimignano.
Along the seaside (only 15 minutes away from the house) you will find beaches and entertainment. In Cecina (the nearest town) you will find Supermarket (Lidl, Coop, Eurospin, Conad), Cinemas, shops and disco.
You will have even the possibility to rent e.bike (with extra fee), with delivery of the bike direct at home.

We've had a great time. The description of the object fits perfectly. Communication with Federica is a pleasure. When we had a little issue Federica responded immediately and found a solution on the very nex day. We're looking forward to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Federica’s home. The property is very spacious and is in a stunning, peaceful rural setting nestled amongst the olive groves / vineyards nr Riparbella. Check in was very easy and Federica was always at the end of the phone for any questions we had. The pool was delightful and a welcome antidote to the July heat! We were travelling with our 7 month old baby and Federica provided a lovely cot for him. The kitchen was very well equipped and we made good use of the BBQ on several occasions. We feel very relaxed after spending a week in this villa and would happily return.

Nice house and garden.
The house was a little too small, when we only could be inside.
The pool wasn’t open yet.
The water pump stopped working one day, and with help from the grandmother who only spoke Italian, it was a little difficult.
The sun went down behind the trees at 6.30 PM, and after that, the house was cold.
We had problems with the heater.
Information about distance is wrong; There is 10 minutes primitive drive from the main road to the house and 20 minutes’ drive from the house to Cecina Mare
