Location was good, lots of food options around.We loved walking and was easy 20 minute to the Seine.The bathroom is small and toilet lids is loose but we were aware of this when booking and really no impact on our stay. Kids loved the loft, not sure i would put adults up there. Overall perfect for our familys 4 night stay.Beautiful big windows you can open and fans provided.

Perfect location and cozy apartment! 10 to 30 minutes away from every must see place in Paris.Plenty of nice restaurants, good grocery stores and boulangeries within 5 minutes walking distance.

Fabulous location that is close to all the major tourist attractions. Very quiet unit away from the busy street.

This is such a shame to make this review, as the location of this place was great. But, this place is long overdue maintenance, decoration and a good clean. I always book self catering places to keep our food costs down and I enjoy the experience of shopping with locals. I decided within a few minutes of entering this accommodation that we would be eating out, with a dirty microwave and only two ring hob I did not relish a full clean before even thinking about putting food in there. The very small shower area needed replacing just old and tired, although there was plenty of hot water so not a problem. Finally onto the sleeping, terrible… the bedding was damp and the bed was broken, slept or tried to on a very thin padding (not a mattress) a broken wooden board. Finally, electric sockets hanging off the wall, very few lights in the room and what was there did not work. This could be great place to stay if the owners put a bit of effort into it, redecorate, throw away the broken bed and give it a good clean!!!
