About this villa rental
This family holiday villa, facing the sea and Île des Vieilles, welcomes you for a sunny and relaxing stay. The villa is divided into two floors, with upstairs: a living room opening onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view, a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a first bedroom with a single bed, a second bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) (separated from the living room by a movable wall). A shower room and a separate toilet complete this floor.
On the lower level there is: a living room, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed + cot available, a second bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a shower room, a third bedroom with a double bed and washbasin, and a fourth bedroom with 4 single bunk beds and a shower room. All these rooms overlook the garden, which also offers a very pleasant view of the sea. The garden is equipped with a table and chairs for meals, a barbecue, and deckchairs.
Walking down the garden, you quickly reach the road that separates the house from the sea and a beautiful pebble cove with crystal-clear water.
By car, you can reach the centre of Agay in 5 minutes, where you will find all the shops, restaurants, snack bars, etc., as well as the sandy beaches.
Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

It is a really beautiful house and the view is amazing. The owner of the house are very nice and answerd every question we had. The house had enough of everything, like plates, ventilator, glasses… Was a great trip.

Wunderschöne Gegend etwas ab vom Trubel. Haus mit top Aussicht. Nicht klimatisiert aber Ventilatoren.

Un séjour très agréable dans un cadre enchanteur. Magali et Laurent sont charmants et ont été à notre écoute en cas de probleme. Seul bémol, la villa gagnerait beaucoup à être mieux entretenue : quelques soucis d'évacuation et le jardin. La vue est magnifique, le quartier accueillant et calme et les 2 appartements très pratiques pour des vacances en famille !
