A little bit old. But big and worth the money. Unfortunately the owners did not gave us detergent, handsoap or toilet paper. "We have to buy it for that cheap price". The heating was not good enough for us, it was very cold in the sleeping rooms. We told them twice but nothing happens. "Outdoor temperatures are to warm" (5 degrees and it is winter?!) Fortunately there is an oven in the living room (not self use) so it was okay but not more. My wife was still freezing. The owners start the oven at about 4:30 pm, so it you stay a day at home you have to tell it so the owners.
The dishwasher is very old and not working good, every second plate was dirty after cleaning- it has to be replaced.
The point with the little heat is the worst. We told everything to the owners when we left and we believe they will change it for next guests.

Die Wohnung bei Knabls ist sehr sachlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Informationsbroschüren über mögliche Aktivitäten in den Umgebung liegen aus. Frau Knabl ist freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Sitzplatz draußen ist überdacht, sodass man auch im regen draußen sitzen kann. Wir hatten schöne, entspannte Tage. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Handtücher sollten zum Angebot dazugehören, da sie im Gepäck immer viel Platz wegnehmen.

Wij zijn net terug van onze vakantie in Sautens. Het verblijf was echt perfect voor ons. Mooie grote slaapkamers met fijne bedden. Badkamer is aan de kleine kant, maar wel fijn dat het toilet apart is. Aparte keuken met fijne oven en alles aanwezig. De gastvrouw is heel lief en behulpzaam. Ze maakt iedere dag het vuurtje aan zodat het huis heerlijk warm was. Het skiën in Oetz was heerlijk. De lessen waren perfect verzorgd door Fischer Skischule! Ook het gebruik van het depot van Intersport is super fijn. Kortom echt een TOPvakantie! Verblijf is 10 minuutjes rijden van de gondel (of met de skibus), prima te doen! In de buurt is een heerlijk restaurant (en betaalbaar!).

The house is in a beautiful setting at the end of the village. It has a large terrace with many private, with views of the mountains. The cottage is okay, but the seating and beds of one of the bedrooms are very hard. The douce is small and awkward but is good enough. The setting is beautiful, with cable cars and many walking routes nearby.
