This charming Mediterranean holiday villa is located in the beautiful Lozica area, at the western entrance to Dubrovnik. This is an exclusive destination where secluded seaside villas are built along the coast, offering you a dream holiday in a peaceful and private place known for its natural beauty and spectacular panoramic sea views, as well as overwhelming sunsets. South facing, the villa is situated on a multi-level stone walled property surrounded by terraced gardens of aromatic Mediterranean vegetation, a private swimming pool overlooking the ocean and only a few steps above a private beach - the perfect spots to relax in and enjoy Dubrovnik’s sunny and warm weather.
Lozica is a short 5km drive from the Old town of Dubrovnik – the 'Pearl of the Adriatic', where you can explore the historical and cultural heritage of this unique centuries old World heritage site. If you are looking for crystal blue sea, beautiful beaches, charming local restaurants, romantic scenery, entertainment, various cultural events, or simply a place to unwind, you will certainly find it in Dubrovnik. We recommend renting a car or using taxis for getting around so that you really make the most of what the area has to offer. Among other local activities are various water sport and beach activities, boat excursions, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, horse riding, folklore, and visiting local family estates for a taste of domestic wine and gastronomy, music or crafts.

The villa has a large summer kitchen with a big stone table and a barbeque.
The private pool is equipped with deck chairs, sunbeds, and a shower, and is a perfect place to relax by. Just a few steps down is a private beach, a rocky seafront tamed by a spacious pier where you can take a dip into the clear Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sun and the summer breeze.
A charming stone bench and table corner overlooking the sea provides a perfect place to unwind, with a glass of wine or a good book.
Indoor, on the top floor, is a large open plan living/dining area with an adjacent seaview terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms both facing the sea and with access to the terrace, and two bathrooms – one of which has a large corner Jacuzzi tub.
On the lower floor is the extension of accommodation and amenities. The front bedroom facing the sea accommodates 2 guests. Also front and sea facing is a large lounge area with large pool/snooker table, TV, coffee and wine bar. Two sofas offer a comfortable resting and mingling area (the bigger sofa pulls out into an extra bed for 2 guests). In a separate room is 1 more double bedroom. There is 1 bathroom with shower and a hallway. The whole floor opens up to a large terrace with lounge furniture, and is a few steps away from the pool.

My family and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik, and so much of that is due the beautiful home on the Adriatic Sea! The home was exceptionally well-appointed, beautifully landscaped, with a pool overlooking the sea.
The owner was so easy to work with, and was especially good at communicating. The Property Manager, Marina, prepared delicious breakfasts as requested (for a nominal charge), and was so responsive to our questions and needs.
Loved every second of our stay on the sea!

We rented this Villa because it was perfect for our group of 10 with 5 bedrooms. Lucija was a wonderful hostest. She was there for us from arrival to departure. The Villa was true to its descriptions and pictures. Mateo's wine "Dinga" was the best of all during our wine tasting tour. Also, what a treat to have the opportunity to pair oysters with wine at the oyster farm - fresh and tasty. Thank you Lucija for recommended Mario to lead our wine tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The Villa was equipped with all the amenities for what we needed for our stay - indoor kitchen and outdoor family dining with an awesome grill. Mateo helped us get the best local rib-eye and we grilled and shared a wonderful meal with great friends. Some of us had a cold, so one of our sous chef made soup every morning. There were two washers for your loads of laundry. The property was clean and manicure. We enjoyed our sun tanning and swimming in the ocean with our private beach. The view and sunset is second to none at this seaside location. It is 10 minutes taxi ride to the old town, where you can find plenty of cuisines and culture. We managed to use the same taxi driver for the entire stay. Overall, it was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you Lucija for renting your beautiful Villa to us.
