Gary was very kind to welcome us before our scheduled arrival time and told us all we needed to know about the accommodation and area. The room and ensuite toilet and shower were very clean. We had a kettle and a selection of teas and instant coffee, milk, some biscuits and some chocolates available for us in the room. There was good space for clothes, a hair dryer and an air heater. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of food and even a vegetarian option available. The location of the farm was ideal for our mini-break plan of going up Mam Tor and do the whole route along the ridge and down the village. It is also very close to the caverns. All in all, highly recommended.

It is a lovely farmhouse that is very warm and friendly. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great welcome from the host Gary who was super helpful throughout our stay!

Very good location for walkers. Handsome old building and very nice surrounding views.
Rather drab and gloomy inside. A little bit run down. No comfortable sitting room. Very tiny bathroom and shower in our otherwise spacious family room.
