The bed was very comfy and the towels were lovely and fresh. shower was excellent. Good iron and board in the room was a great touch.
Bathroom has a very strong fusty smell that drifts into the bedroom. Toilet seat was loose and moves.needs more window covering as the light shines around the blind in a morning and isn't very private, need more screening with people walking past and the house next door. Parking is really tight with only 3 car parking spaces really available, otherwise its parking on the street round the corner.

Free parking on front but only for 4 vehicles. The room and bed were comfortable and very clean. The use of shared kitchen and lounge was excellent
The shower cubicle was small and the tiny washbasin was totally inadequate. It was difficult even to brush ones teeth. Other guests have remarked on this but the reply seems to be contact them as they have other rooms. This is not the point. It should be pointed out before booking. The lady we talked to at the property who used a walking frame also complained about the size of the shower.. Also blinds that open and close are required on the windows facing the hostel next door
