Location is lovely and quiet, you will need to use public transport although the walk to Sorrento is nice. Boat trips from the harbour are great. Staff are brilliant and go out of their way to help. Very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant.
I couldn’t connect to the wifi and the phone service wasn’t good for our stay. Also there was no complimentary water in the room. No kettle in room but when I asked they were more than happy to bring one. Just a couple of things, nothing major.

Incredible view, amazing breakfast with gluten and dairy free options. Staff were very lovely and helpful. A few restaurants and a shop nearby

We loved the view from the room and how spacious it was! There was plenty of places outside of the room to hang out.
The bed was a little hard for my liking but my husband slept great
