About this cottage rental
rent cottage 350 m from the port of Binic and its beaches, close to all amenities, car not essential. Recent cottage, neat decoration.
Near st quay portrieux, Paimpol, Perros Guirec, the whole coast of pink granite. One hour from Mont St Michel.
Very calm lodging. Free access to the spa. garden furniture and barbecue. Throughout the summer many evenings are planned on the music port. Concert, jazz festival.

De communicatie met de eigenaar tot de aankomst verliep heel goed.
Ik las ook goede commentaar op het internet, dus had hoge verwachtingen.
Bij de aankomst echter veranderde de sfeer een beetje. We kregen meteen een medische les over hoe je een jacuzzi gebruikte. Ook de kinderen mochten er niet in omdat dit niet geschikt zou zijn onder 6 jaar. Thuis nemen kleine kinderen ook een bad van 37 à 38 graden, terwijl de jacuzzi maar 32,5 graden was. Dit was omdat er een lek was en een firma in de week dat wij logeerde langskwam om dit te repareren. Het gebruik van de jacuzzi werd eigenlijk niet gestimuleerd. Wellicht omwille van de stijgende energieprijzen. De eigenaar zou dan best hier niet mee uitpakken via de website. Het huisje zelf was op zich wel leuk, maar er tegenover woonde de eigenares waar je helemaal kon binnen kijken. Er waren geen gordijnen en de jacuzzi stond langs haar living met open inkijk. Dat geeft toch helemaal geen privacy bij iemand in de living een jacuzzi nemen.
Men zegt dat veel afhangt van een eerste indruk maar die was bij ons niet volgens de verwachtingen. Het had anders kunnen verlopen, maar ik denk dat veel huiseigenaars tegenwoordig niemand vertrouwen, maar gedwongen worden om toch te verhuren.
Voor de rest was het huisje voor de prijs ik betaald heb, wel mooi. De eigenaar was wel discreet.
