Location was good for our purposes (Loch Ness. Etape). Small apartment but comfortable enough for one or two nights. Parking for unloading by entrance was good and it is useful to have Morrisons supermarket opposite, and that one can book 24 hour parking online (not from machines), which seems to work with a number of different parking Apps.
Though he flat was fine, it’s in a block of other apartments, and it was not clear to me just which one we had booked on the Booking.com site, which seemed to have pictures from a number of them, which was a little misleading.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the city centre. It is a quiet road and it's very handy to have a huge grocery store just across the road. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for 4 people, the bathroom is well maintained and there is plenty of staff in the kitchen.
I had to prompt the host to send me instructions about how to get in. There were a few spiders in the bathroom and it was impossible to sleep as it gets crazy noisy in the bedroom when it's raining.

Location is not the best part of Inverness, but it was nice and close to the city centre
Oven was not clean, so when I heated it up and opened the oven door the fire alarms all went off and I had to open the windows to the main street outside and the door into the corridor to get them to go off which took around 5 mins. The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress feels old and the springs could be felt underneath me.
