About this bed and breakfast
The B&B Eremo Gioioso, a millenary stone building, renovated in green building, is located in the small and charming village of Previdè. In a valley which, in addition to numerous other paths, is crossed by one of the most beautiful stages of the Via Francigena. The one that starting from the Cisa pass, in an alternation of exciting landscapes (see medieval bridge of Groppodalosio), leads to the capital. Ideal place for every type of holiday, attentive to the needs of pilgrims but also equipped with a garage with workshop for cycles and motorcycles. It has in its immediate vicinity a natural bio swimming pool and has a furnished garden for barbecues under the moon. At the center of the Borgotaro PGI mushroom collection area, it allows you to alternate relaxing holiday moments with excursions to well-known tourist and cultural destinations in Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia, reachable in a few tens of minutes by highway: Pisa, Lucca, Versilia, Golfo dei Poeti, 5 Terre Park, Parma etc.
The sleeping area of the La Vite Room is located on a mezzanine floor while, on the ground floor, a welcoming day area has been created which, if necessary, can be transformed into a double bedroom through the comfortable sofa bed.
The bathroom, the result of a careful recovery action, contains a suggestive shower space in which the floor and walls were built with the local sandstone, coming from the Pian di Lanzola quarry.
The sink instead, made of Carrara marble, after Marzia had seen it and had fallen in love with it, was purchased by an exorbitant recuperator at the end of an exhausting negotiation aimed at moderating the claims.
