The place was so nice and peaceful, my family and I really enjoyed it. The beds were very comfy and the indoor pool was fun. The couches need to be updated but overall I had a ball.

The home was quite nice inside and out. It met our needs for sleeping arrangements. We had some issues with the amenities and contacted the property managers about it. The pool was freezing cold and unusable. The wifi wasn't working which was a big inconvenience for all of us. In between 2 hurricaines, we wanted to be aware of what was going on. In addition, one of our college students needed the access for their coursework and had to find another place to use the wifi in order to complete his work. The television service was also out which would have been very helpful in entertaining some young children and also to give us weather information about the coming storm. No one came as promised to fix any problems from our report.
Comparatively to other locations that we've stayed at, the kitchen was quite lacking in supplies. A 2 oz salt and pepper shaker was all the spices provided. Also, there were only 2 dishwasher pods in order to run it. In a location that hosts 16 people (we had 15), you're going to run the dishwasher at least twice a day if you're eating at the place. Also, there were only 3 garbage bags in the kitchen which filled up quickly when there were 15 of us. The cookware was quite lacking. It wasn't sufficient for cooking much for the size of our group. While the beds were quite comfortable, I will note that they were ALL quite high too. Some of our group of adults are around 5 feet tall, and they had trouble getting into the beds.
