About this apartment rental
Very beautiful Studio entirely renovated. Decorated and furnished with care and taste, we are very attentive to the well-being of our users. It is located on the 2nd floor of a small, quiet 4-storey residence, with parking just outside the building, which can be used at no additional cost.
The apartment is equipped with the freebox and therefore has free WiFi, as well as free TNT channels. We have added a Thomson bluetooth sound bar that can also be used as a docking station for tablets or smartphones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new equipment: fridge, ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, allowing you to bake and make cakes, for example ... all the essential kitchen equipment for enjoying yourself is available on the spot. Based on our own experience as tenants-vacationers, we put in it everything that we had missed in the past to cook: utensils, but also salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc ...
The designer furniture is completely new. The 6m² balcony offers a very pleasant view of the Cher Valley, and is equipped with an electric blind, and outdoor furniture (table, chairs, lounge chair). You can use a stone for lunch outside, or an electric steamer, to enjoy the calm and the good weather outside.
The region is very rich in cultural and historical terms. The town of Montrichard is ideally located near all the Châteaux of the Loire (Amboise, Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau) and is close to the Beauval zoo (24km). It also has a small beach, very pleasant in spring and summer, and spared the crowds of beaches in the South of France .... The forests of Sologne await you for long walks or bike rides, with family or lovers, or even alone!

Petit appartement très calme. Logement bien équipé avec un lave linge dans une buanderie au même étage. Proche tous châteaux de la Loire !
