About this farm stay rental
In a panoramic location between the green of the olive trees of the Graziosa valley (the Calci valley) that offers relaxation and the possibility to easily reach the most beautiful cities of art of Tuscany. The apartment has a ceiling with beams and terracotta floors and is furnished really well with some ancient furniture. It is particularly welcoming. The lounge with a kitchen corner is wide and has a large chimney. The main bedroom has a large wardrobe, coffee tables and toilet. The other bedroom has 3 bedrooms of which one is a bunk bed, and the bathroom has a shower. This apartment has been fully renovated in 2012. In the kitchen other than the fridge/freezer, there are cookers, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses and everything you might need to prepare your food. The apartment includes linen and towels with a weekly change. On the ground floor, there is the laundry room where a washing machine is available for the guests. Outside, the parking space is private and roofed with a canopy. In the garden space, you will find the gazebo, and upon your arrival, you will find a basket gift with some typical products of the farm.

La maison est occupée par les propriétaires (présents mais discrets) et composée de 3 appartements. La propriété est assez grande pour permettre de se trouver au calme mais il est également possible d'y rencontrer d'autres familles.

Site très au calme et très agréable.
Maison de charme avec intérieur aménagé avec goût et authenticité. Très spacieux
Très bien équipé en vaisselle et Electroménager.
Cadre champêtre.
Belle piscine de taille moyenne : petit bémol : des contraintes d'accès (plages horaires limité et notamment le midi, utilisation d'un bonnet de bain !)
Bon accueil des propriétaires avec pot d'accueil.
Très bien situé : à 20 minutes de Pise et de Lucca.
