L'appartamento è comodissimo, si raggiunge il lungomare attraversando a piedi la strada e con l'auto a pochi minuti la spiaggia.
E' dotato di tutti i confort come da descrizione, pulizia impeccabile e zona silenziosa.
Tutti gli appartamenti hanno accesso da una corta interna privata, bellissima e molto curata. Per noi è stato un piacere perché viaggiando con una bambina di 2 anni sapevamo che uscendo di casa era come avere un giardino privato, sicuro e recintato.
Non dista molto dal centro di Porek, una mezz'oretta a piedi per gli amanti delle passeggiate nelle pinete e per chi non vuole utilizzare l'auto c'è un trenino comodissimo ogni 40 minuti che fa capolinea proprio vicino casa e porta in centro facendo anche una fermata nella pineta principale sul mare.
Gli host sono gentilissimi. La signora che ci ha accolti è molto disponibile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza!
Sicuramente un posto che consiglio a tutti!

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Materada,die Wohnung war sehr toll.die Gastgeber hatten uns mit einem Getränk empfangen und waren sehr nette herzliche Menschen.Die Wohnung sehr gepflegt ,top sauber,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Parkplatz direkt am Haus,das Meer schnell durch das Gartentor erreichbar.Vielen Dank für den leckeren kirsch strudel,auch das Gekaufte Olivenöl ist NOTE 1,der Wein ebenso!Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder*****
