A detached cottage in the village of Llanfair, near Harlech in North Wales that can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.
Awel Y Llan is a detached cottage set in the village of Llanfair in North Wales. It has five bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, another double and three more twins, there is also a family bathroom and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a spa suite in an external building with a sauna and a hot tub, adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment can be stored,plenty of off road parking and surrounding lawns. Awel Y Llan is a homely cottage in an excellent location for exploring an incredible area of North Wales. Note: Electric vehicle charging possible with £25 cost per week using outside 13 amp plug (not rapid charger).
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Spa suite with hot tub and sauna. Large games room. Ample off road parking for up to 4 cars. Surrounding lawns. Around the back of the house is a new younger children's play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, post office and pub 1 mile. Note: This property has a £300 Good Housekeeping Bond for all future bookings with effect from 17th January 2020. We had a great stay in Llanfair. The house was big and comfortable, with plenty of space for our two families (9 people). The kids (ages 5-15) loved the playroom, and the spa was a great hit with everyone. We enjoyed using the fireplace, and it was nice to have a dining table that fit all of us. It's a 15-20 minute walk down a steep footpath to beautiful Harlech beach, and Harlech castle (with a great little cafe) is less than 30 minute on foot (or <5 min drive). There's also a good community pool in Harlech for rainy days. Highly recommend for a big family or group!

Awel Y Llan was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 ranging from ages 8-67. Highly recommend.
It is even more spacious than it looks. Kids enjoyed the game room immensely. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The living room is a wonderful cozy space for gathering. Mud room and Kitchen both very spacious. Comfortable beds. And the views down pastures to the sea are lovely.
It is easy to find and only a short drive from Harlech and Llanbedr both with great restaurants and very charming. Y Grocer in Harlech is a fabulous place for groceries. Possible to walk to both Llandanwg and Harlech beaches, or of course very easy to reach each with a short car ride as well.
