LA GRAINETERIE renovated house in the center of BARFLEUR and 1 min from the beaches.
This granite country house has been completely renovated and offers you great benefits, space.
The owner, interior designer, has successfully combined the use of traditional materials with a modern and functional layout.
La Graineterie is located on the main street which plunges towards the port of Barfleur; you can stroll on foot on the quays, observe the landings, buy your fish, mussels and crustaceans directly from the trawlers, go to one of the sandy beaches, do your shopping and hang out on the café terrace facing the port.
On the ground floor you will find:
- A kitchen-dining room and a living room with wood stove, these two spaces can be separated into two rooms or, on the contrary, united into one large thanks to the large glass doors.
- WC
- Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ
- large walled garden (from June 2019)

1 bedroom with 1 bed 1m60, stone wall and marble fireplace

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location. La maison est spacieuse bien agencée, joliment décorée et très propre. Barfleur est une petite ville agréable autour de laquelle on peut faire des balades à pied ou à vélo ou le long de la côte que ce soit en allant vers Cherbourg ou de l’autre côté. Je recommande !
