This spacious apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite, alongside a well-designed open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The private balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring the Ayrshire coast. The apartment is accessible by both lift and stairs.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom apartment for the duration of their stay, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout. Keys are collected offsite at our hotel, roughly a 5 minute drive from your property.
The Neighborhood:
Situated beside Ayr Harbour and close to Ayr Beach, the area is ideal for coastal walks and seaside relaxation. Ayr town centre offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants and bars, with popular nearby options including Tempura, Pizzaioli and The Treehouse, plus The Smoking Goat Bar & Grill and the Wellington Bar for drinks.
Getting Around:
Ayr town centre is within walking distance, with shops, dining and transport links close by. Prestwick Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car, while Glasgow can be reached in around 50 minutes via the A77 or M77. Ayr train and bus stations provide regular services across the region.

Our accomadation was changed from The Carrick Retreat to Bay Veiw a couple of weeks before we arrived.
On a whole our apartment was very nice and clean, bathroom was lovely with towels supplied, the bed was very comfortable with super soft linen.
We had a couple of maintenance issues and one of the arm chairs had a broken leg and the sofa which converts to a bed was quite uncomfortable and also had loose arms.
When we called the maintenance issues in the staff were very apologetic and mannerly.This didn't stop us having a lovely stay and would definitely book with you again.

We enjoyed our stay at Donnini apartments. Wonderful view out the sitting room window. Check in was a bit of a trial as we couldn't figure where the keys were. After finding them, it made some sense but that was not really an issue. The place was really quiet (nice for us seniors). Smaller than we two Americans were used too but fine for our Scottish friends. We had a really lovely visit.
