"Villa Ca' Le Terrazze offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for those who wish to be close to the center of Garda. Located just 500 meters from the harbor, beaches, and lakeside promenade, this recently renovated villa boasts a privileged position with panoramic views.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a large sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, and a guest toilet. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.
From the French door, you can access the terraces with an outdoor dining table and the pool area, perfect for dining or gathering together. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stairs to the first floor, you'll find 4 double bedrooms:
One double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom with shower and a terrace with lake views.
One double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom with shower and a terrace with lake views.

Where do I even begin? The villa was absolutely wonderful — even better than the photos! Everything was spotless and fresh, which is always my top priority when choosing accommodation. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were perfectly clean. The pool and its stunning view are simply unforgettable.
Customer service was excellent — quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great just a short walk to the lake and many nice restaurants.
We had such a lovely time and truly wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
If I were to suggest anything, it would only be to consider updating the living room sofa — it was a bit worn out and could be more spacious for added comfort.

Rooms are large and well appointed. All are clean and tidy. Whilst it is noted as having 4 bedrooms there is a fifth downstairs. Bedrooms have balconies, some large and with chairs. House feels high quality, nice solid doors and some good furniture. Kitchen is adequate with enough glasses and plates and that all important dishwasher. There is a fridge and large freezer. Also a large garage downstairs with washing machine. As stated the pool is shared but it is of a good quality, large enough and very clean and well maintained. During our stay other people did use it but not frequently.The grounds are well maintained.The wifi was of a good quality. Air conditioning in each bedroom that was effective.Having the owners on site wasnt a problem.Location is good, quiet but walking distance to Garda town centre where there are numerous restaurants and which is good to stroll around. We hired a boat and went on the lake for an hour - great fun.Agents were friendly and efficientWe were an English family of 5 aged 17, 22, and 50 and had a really good time. Recommended.
