Nicely located apartment in one of the most beautiful areas of Altea Hills (Costa Blanca, Spain), in a residential and secure area with beautiful views of the sea and mountains just 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea.
This fully equipped luxury apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished: living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, WiFi with fast internet connection, flat screen Smart TV with local channel package as well as digital Satellite TV with TV Flanders, DVD, BluRay and CD player.
All areas are air-conditioned and heated. Elevator is present. Free allocated parking space.
Both bedrooms have a king-size double bed. The spacious master bedroom has a door opening to the terrace that offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountainous landscape, the other bedroom gives a view of the mountain side. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes, fine high-quality linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, hob. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, a wine cooler and a freezer (3 drawers, 60 liters freezing capacity).
Children's buggy and child's seat available on request.
The costs for the mandatory final cleaning of the apartment and bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. However, if a standard cleaning is not sufficient to get the apartment clean for subsequent guests, additional costs will be charged. Only electricity (air conditioning / heating) is charged separately in cash at a rate of 0. 35 euros per kWH.
You do need a car to reach the apartment complex and to easily reach everything (beach, groceries, etc ...)

Everything about this apartment was 5 star.
Location,size,and comfort fantastic views of the hills with the sea in the distance.
Car is required to see the stunning countryside and the small interesting Spanish villages. Definitely a keeper.
