About this house rental
In the foothills of the Massif Central lies this comfortable holiday home with a view on all sides, in a small hamlet. This holiday home is detached and quietly situated on a large site.
The gite consists of a spacious living-dining room with a fully fitted kitchen, opening onto a large, sunny terrace. WC, storage room. For the colder moments there is a wood stove and underfloor heating (for an additional fee). Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with bathroom with a massage shower, 2nd Wc and a washing machine.
A shadow terrace is also available. The gite is tastefully and very comfortably furnished with a full inventory. There are books (Dutch and French), games, etc. available.
You can practice many sports in the area. Everything can be found in a radius of 50 km, from castles, markets, cries to spas. Small but also larger cities are possible.
There is a spacious living room with a fully fitted kitchen, opening onto a sunny terrace and a loft. WC and storage.
Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with massage shower and washing machine.
The sliding doors in the kitchen open onto a large sunny terrace with a garden. Next to it is a somewhat higher situated smaller terrace. Directly next to the house is a shaded terrace next to the (covered) well, where it is great on hot days. You can also use approximately 2000 m2 of land, with fruit trees and a playground for the little ones directly adjacent to the terrace. This allows you to enjoy many beautiful views. A barbecue is provided to enjoy this at your leisure, as well as a table tennis table and adjustable sun beds.
Not far is the Sioule River, where you can go canoeing, fishing, swimming and enjoy a "gorge", or enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants. The gite is on a walking route, but there are also many sporting options such as cycling, horse riding, etc. If you prefer markets, museums, medieval villages e. d. want to visit then there is also the possibility. You can also visit thermal baths in the area.
There is a possibility to organize a family or friends meeting in consultation with the owner. You can then place some campers / caravans or tents (maximum 5) on the site for your guests so that you can be together with your friends or family. There is also a sanitary house with a terrace.

We had a perfect stay. Beautiful location and the peace and quietness was amazing. The house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing and everything worked. The house was light and the bed was very comfortable. The garden offers complete privacy with sheeps in the garden of the neighbour. Good private parking spot next to the house. Good bakery on 7 minute drive. The host (Wilfred) was very friendly. We highly recommmend to rent this house and would love to come back.

The property is well located at the centre of great and varied walking in the Sioule valley. It really is in a quiet rural location. Yet it is quite handy to the towns of Ebreuil and Gannat for routine shopping. The property is well equipped and comfortable. A great place to stay!
