It’s a beautiful property and located a short walk away from the centre of Ypres
Several floors and well presented. The owners are very polite and accommodating. I have used this property on a number of occasions now for visits the WW1 battlefields. This trip I took my wife and three young children, we laid a wreath and spent the following day at the theme park which is only 11 minutes away.

The property was excellent, in a great location, clean and tidy and very well supplied with all the kitchen facilities. The bedrooms were good sizes and comfortable. The garage is a plus as we could put the van away and forget about it for the days we were there, knowing it was nice and safe. We did have a problem with a system fault on the boiler, so no heat or hot water for a day, but Frank and Annick responded really quickly and fixed the issue. So only a small inconvenience and did not spoil the stay at all. Overall, a great place and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Lovely house. Great location. Good communication with owners.
Only negative thing was that We think cats had been in the house as my friend is very allergic so we had to spend more time out than we planned to, and had to get medication. We could have planned differently if we had known this in advance.
