About this apartment rental
This charming apartment is located 2 km outside the lively center of Malmédy. The house has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is adjacent to the owner's home.
Malmédy, with some excellent restaurants, cafes and nice shops, is located 9 km northeast of Stavelot. A visit to the beautiful Stavelot Abbey should not be missed. Walk through the beautiful High Fens nature reserve and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The lake area of Robertville and Bütgenbach is also definitely worth a visit. Here you can canoeing, sailing, fishing, diving and swimming.
The apartment has its own entrance. The house is fully equipped, including a bathroom with bubble bath and a separate sauna. Because of its location on a hill, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley from the apartment. There is a large terrace (36 m²) and a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and play equipment.
Note: Pets are not allowed on the armchairs, violation is subject to a penalty of 50 € which will be deducted from the deposit.

Perfect place in Malmedy, on the hill with incredible view. Host is very friendly and the small dog is very funny. From the place you can hike a lot. House is in a good size but needs a little fixes here and there. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks a lot

het is ruim mooi erg net , alles erop en er aan ; niets tekort , prachtige indeling met 2 badkamers ! en een subliem uitzicht op malmedy ! reeds tweede maal zzeker nog geen laatste keer ! proficiat voor de mensen !

Prachtig uitzicht en de woning is goed het ontbreekt aan niets.het is ons heel goed bevallen we het zeker nog eens doen.
