Whole availability Apartment completely renovated in Shabby style, consisting of two double bedrooms, large bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet, living room, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, oven and hob.
In addition to 2 double beds, there is the availability of a single sofa bed and 1 single bed, for a total of 6 places, also the apartment is equipped with a baby cot and high chair. two large terraces overlooking the surrounding mountains for a peaceful stay, located 500 meters from the fantastic and suggestive Fonti del Clitunno, 10 minutes by car from Spoleto and Foligno, 30 minutes from Assisi and Perugia, as well as from the airport St. Francis of Assisi.

The apartment has dishes, coffee maker and everything you need to cook, you will also find linens and toiletries.

We were fortunate to stay for a month at this wonderful property. We have rented over 25 VRBO homes and this was by far our favorite! The owners have thought of everything…every amenity including condiments,a full set of cooking pans,cleaning supplies,a wash machine,and even morning breakfast treats. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. The owners provided restaurant suggestions as well as local sightseeing spots. And the terraces…both in front and rear of the house provided beautiful views during the day and evenings. We had a rental car ( recommended) during our stay and there was always easy parking in front.
The owners were super nice and continually checked in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction…and it most certainly was. There are so many restaurants nearby that we enjoyed,however when we did cook at home the kitchen was perfect,and eating out on the terrace with beautiful views was fantastic.
We plan on returning…and recommend this property 110%

All was wonderful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to use cleaning agents without scents. THe perfumed smell on entering was very powerful. My personal choice would be to drop that.
