Very nice studio in the town of Peschiera del Garda, in a private residence with swimming pool and private park. The studio is completely renovated and full of furniture; air conditioning, television, kitchen and everything you need. The residence is very close to the lake and the public beach and safe for children because fenced. Possibility to rent bicycles, scooters, cars and boats. the studio is 500 meters from the station and 1 km from the highway. 3 km from the theme parks such as Gardaland, Caneva and Movieland. At 10 km the new elected most beautiful village of Italy, 'hamlet sul Mincio' and Valeggio, famous worldwide for homemade tortellini. A 3 km spa and and many farms that produces its own cheese, wine and oil. It is a very relaxing with fun for the whole family.

Monolocale ben attrezzato, posizionato in un residence con parco e piscina molto vicino al centro cittadino ed alle spiagge. Tanto parcheggio a disposizione in un'area recintata. L'alloggio è un'ottima soluzione per un soggiorno non troppo lungo per due persone, se si vuole visitare Peschiera e località nei pressi come Lazise, Desenzano, Salò, o Verona. Il proprietario, Mirko, non era presente al nostro arrivo, ma ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili per il check-in e non non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Consigliato.

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem in Ordnung. Wir würden das Apartment eher für zwei Personen und einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlen, da es ziemlich klein ist. (Auf den Bildern wirkte es etwas größer.) Einem sollte bewusst sein, dass das Bett eine Schlafcouch ist, dementsprechend bequem und quietschend ist es. Das dritte Bett ist steinhart, zum schlafen sehr ungeeignet. Der Balkon war super. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber. Küche hatte einige Utensilien, leider jedoch nur einen Topf. Außerdem gibt es keinen Backofen. Klima und Fernseher sind vorhanden. Fön zwar vorhanden, aber sehr alt, würden empfehlen einen mitzubringen. Anlage, in der das Apartment liegt, ist schön. Der Pool gehört zu der ganzen Anlage. Diesen darf man jedoch nur mit Bademütze benutzen. Liegen sind dort keine vorhanden, lediglich Stühle.
Apartment liegt etwa 5-10 Minuten Fußweg von Peschiera entfernt.

Dies ist ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und super sauberes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Bad mit sehr guter Ausstattung und top Lage! Die private Anlage, in der sich das Apartment befindet, ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich schön! In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Promenade und umgeben von Cafés, Bars und Restaurants! Peschiera Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war durchweg super, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen und können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

Die Studiowohnung liegt sehr zentral gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum (10 Minuten), der Bahnhof (10 Minuten) und der Gardasee (2 Minuten) sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Restaurants, Cafes und Bars befanden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
Die Studiowohnung war sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, nur ein Herd hat gefehlt, ansonsten war alles da. Die Kommunikation mit Mirko war sehr unkompliziert. Er ist sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Fragen direkt geantwortet.
Wir haben von Peschiera del Garda Tagesausflüge nach Verona (30Minuten entfernt) und Vendig (1 1/2 Stunden entfernt) gemacht. Wir hatten uns kein Auto ausgeliehen sondern haben alles mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gemacht. Das war unkompliziert. Ein Highlight war die Gardasee Umrundung mit der Vespa, ein Verleih befindet sich am Campingplatz bella italia.
