About this house rental
The House :
Overlooking the pretty listed village, Veules-les-Roses, this completely renovated house will seduce you with its brightness, its calm and its beautiful view.
Facing south, it divides: veranda, sea view living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140 * 190), dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with all comforts, shower room, separate WC, terrace with sea view and cliffs . Upstairs, 1 large master bedroom with a double bed (160 * 200) and an office area, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 * 190), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 * 190), WC with sink . Large closets are integrated in each bedroom. All furniture, equipment and bedding are new and of high quality.
Its enclosed and maintained garden will allow you to eat outside: garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue are at your disposal.
The house is perfectly equipped and carefully decorated by the owners who stay there outside rental periods.
A closed automatic garage attached to the house is available for your vehicle.
All rooms are equipped with electric shutters.
The situation :
Veules-les-Roses is one of "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" and seduces with its charm and its exceptional natural setting. Authentic and romantic, Veules invites calm and serenity.
You can discover the Veules, the smallest river in France and walk along its banks to discover the mills, watercress beds, thatched cottages, undergrowth.
Shops (butcher, bakery, grocery store), restaurants, range tea room, pharmacy, cinema, art gallery, tennis club, church .. are 5 minutes walk.
A swimming pool for children is set up by the sea in July / August, outdoor games are available all year round.
At low tide, the sandy beach will be the ideal place to practice fishing on foot, kite flying, building a sandcastle, swimming or any other activity. The rental of catamarans, windsurfers and kayaks is 5 minutes walk from the house.
On the seafront, you will not be able to resist tasting a dozen Veulaises, an oyster raised in the open sea.
Reservation:
The house can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights at a rate of: € 250 / night.
Rates are calculated for 6 people maximum. If you wish to come to more than 6 people, your request will be subject to prior acceptance by the owners (supplement of 25 € per person, per night).
Tourist tax (legal obligation): according to current legal provisions.
Deposit: 1000 €
Miscellaneous:
- The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
- For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, animals are not allowed.
- Thank you for leaving the house in the same clean condition as you found it. Otherwise a fixed amount of 100 € will be retained on the deposit. On request, housekeeping staff will do your cleaning for € 85.
- It is possible to rent the household linen (20 € per person).
The cleaning and household linen options are paid on site upon arrival.

The house is clean and modern, full of light and with a great view. But the best thing is the location - quiet, yet only minutes from the beach and, in the other direction, the boulangerie. We had a wonderful stay here and hope to return!

It was our second stay at this beautiful location and we enjoyed it at least as much as the first time. We had a week with very nice weather and could really use the walking distance to the beach several times a day. Because of the two terraces we enjoyed our meals always in the sunshine. The house is still in very good condition. The communication with Francois was very pleasant and Celine gave us a warm welcome. We were sad when we left the house but we are looking forward to come back again to Veules and to this very nice house.

We spent as a family a gorgeous and relaxing week in Veules-les-Roses. The location of the house is just perfect. Everything is in a walking distance (e.g. very nice beach, shops in the lovely village Veules-les-Roses).
The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The personal decoration makes you feel at home very quickly. There are two terraces with view to the sea which are very good places to have breakfast, lunch, diner or just to sit and relax. We had a very nice welcome from Celine and very helpful recommendations from Francois et Yulia. Despite the very special situation caused by the Corona pandemic this year, we really enjoyed our vacation in Veules-les-Roses and will definitely come back.
