About this apartment rental

3 rooms of 50 m2 with pleasant flowery terrace of 25m2 (garden furniture, dining table for 6 people) in a Belle époque apartment recently renovated, bordering Monaco. Port, rock, beaches and festivities all within walking distance.
From 2 to 6 people, double bed, 2 single beds, and comfortable sofa. Convenient work table space for wifi. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Internet, television, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. Comfort, calm and charm of the old!

We really enjoyed staying at Annie’s apartment. It was in an excellent location, being just a 10 min walk to the marina and 5 mins to the train station. Contact with Annie was very good and Soloman (who met us on arrival) was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would come back again. Thank you

Just back from a 3 night stay. Great location close to the train station and less than a 10 minute walk down into the heart of Monaco. 5 mins from a shop. Hopefully be back again in 2026!
