The host, Ana, was very nice and really helpful. The property itself is nicely decorated, clean and has all the amenities a person could need (apart from the AC, there’s a fan though). The tap water is not drinkable but we were greeted with plenty of bottled water waiting for us in the fridge (even some local beer). There’s a covered place for you to park your car and the sea is a few steps away.
From the pictures here on Booking it seems that there’s nothing but some gravel/grassy patches in front of the property and right after that is the sea - this is no longer the case as the grassy patches are now a parking lot that gets pretty crowded during the peak hours. The place is in a somewhat remote location that is connected by a car-wide road which gets super busy and leaving/entering the property by car gets pretty challenging. If you’re a bad driver and do not know how to quickly reverse into a widened part of the road to let the cars from the other direction pass, this place might not be for you. The beach behind the parking lot gets quite a bit crowded too and the beach bar nearby gets loud, the music usually plays until 9PM and you’ll hear it from inside the house. If you’re looking for a calm place to stay - this might not be for you. We managed to find a place under the tree 10 minutes from the property (walking along the shore line) which was pretty nice and the music from the bar was less distracting there. Lastly - the internet/cell service in the whole Trogir area was horrendous but that might be a temporary issue (the WiFi wouldn’t really work due to this issue either).

Ubytovanie bolo skutočne výnimočné, útulný domček s terasou, záhradou s grilom a vonkajším posedením. Pláž je len pár krokov, čo je výborné a kedykoľvek počas dňa sa dá odbehnúť do chládku a súkromia. Pani majiteľka Ana je veľmi milá, nápomocná kedykoľvek ju oslovíte. Veľmi sa nám páčilo aj našemu psíkovi a nechcelo sa nám ísť domov...

Anna is great kind and helpful owner, excellent accommodation in which we didn't miss anything, beautiful water and beach, it was almost empty in the morning and evening hours and we could enjoy privacy and time with our dog on the beach, accommodation neighbors with a home restaurant where they have excellent fish for which cruise ships with tourists come here during lunch when the beach fill up, it didn't matter to us at all as we spent this time in accommodation and garden by relaxing or cooking / grilling :)
