It ticked all the boxes! A boutique, authentic Italian hotel, where the staff were super friendly, the room superb and the breakfast excellent! It even had a new lift, which handling luggage super easy!
A second pillow would have been great

Spacious room
Having no electricity from the time we arrived 4pm late afternoon until 11:30pm and sitting in pitch black with light of phone until our batteries died . Unfortunate for all.
